Information we collect

When you purchase artwork, we receive the contact email, delivery details, artwork ordered, payment status and order reference needed to process your order. Enquiries may include information you choose to send us. Our hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs to operate and protect their services.

How information is used

We use order details to process purchases, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, maintain necessary transaction records and prevent fraud. Delivery information is needed to send physical artwork; without it we cannot fulfil an order.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments; this website does not store your full card details. Vercel hosts the website, Neon stores application data, and Amazon Web Services stores media and backups. Information may be processed outside New Zealand by these providers. Resend sends account and invitation emails. Delivery providers receive the details needed to deliver your order.

Cookies & videos

Essential cookies support customer and administrator sign-in. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits and purchase activity. We do not send your name, email, delivery address, payment details or private messages to Analytics. You can change optional analytics consent using Cookie preferences in the footer. Optional YouTube videos connect to YouTube only after you choose to play them; YouTube then applies its own privacy practices.

Storage & retention

Access to order information is restricted to authorised administration and service providers. We retain information for fulfilment, support and applicable record-keeping requirements. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after information is removed from the active system.

Access, correction & concerns

You can request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below. If a privacy concern is not resolved, you can contact the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.
