Shopping with Emma Rose

These terms apply to purchases through the Emma Rose website. Read the artwork description, delivery information and returns policy before ordering. Sample artworks are labelled and cannot be purchased.

Artwork & availability

The listing describes the artwork included in your purchase. Room images illustrate styling; furniture and accessories are not included unless expressly stated. Colours may vary between screens. Sold-out artworks remain available to view but cannot be ordered.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Each artwork states whether delivery is included, charged as a separate fixed fee at checkout, or arranged and paid separately after purchase. For delivery arranged later, the checkout total covers the artwork only; you must acknowledge this before paying. We agree the delivery method and price with you before dispatch. No additional delivery payment is taken automatically. If no suitable delivery arrangement can be agreed, contact us to cancel before dispatch and receive a refund of the artwork payment. Payments are handled through Stripe. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds; an incomplete checkout does not complete a purchase.

Delivery & returns

Our delivery information and returns policy form part of these terms. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

Artwork copyright

Buying a physical artwork does not transfer its copyright or grant a right to reproduce it commercially. Ask the copyright owner before reproducing an artwork beyond uses permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

Updates apply to future purchases. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order.
